Product Details
A decent 12mm thick laminate option with a modern charm, bring warmth and character to any room with Arosa Oak, a premium laminate floor from Swiss Krono.
This flooring was designed for high-performance and everyday use. It offers a lifelike real-wood look with a 4-sided chamfer that highlights each plank beautifully. Boasting a class AC5/33 rating, it’s built to withstand heavy foot traffic, making it an excellent choice both in the home and in commercial spaces - the scratch resistant surface is great in retail spaces & cafes where chairs would be moving along the floor a lot.
We like this flooring alot because of the antistatic properties and its easy-care surface. Arosa Oak's high abrasion resistance ensures long-lasting beauty, even in busy households.
It also utilises a super-simple 5G click system. With no need for glue, installation is a breeze—it also means less hassle if you're doing it alone at home and make a mistake.
The darkish grey hue also looks the part if you're trying to bring character to a bright space, or need flooring that would contrast nicel with a lot of white and chrome. We also recommend that you try and find a similarly coloured grey skirting. It's a great way to give the installation a classy finish.

Installation
It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.
Maintenance
In order to get the maximum lifespan from your laminate floor and keep them looking great, it is important to follow the manufacturers' maintenance instructions. These will vary a litte depending on which brand you purchase but here are some basic guidelines that are applicable to all of our products.
