Natural North Oak by EGGER, previously known as Honey Brook Oak, is a beautiful laminate for those seeking a warm, natural aesthetic in the home. With a simple oak woodgrain in a warm brown tone, you get that welcoming, timeless look that fits like a glove in any room – it wouldn’t look out of place in your bedroom, living room or kitchen.
We really like that this laminate (like all EGGER products) has a natural appeal, ideal for creating cosy spaces with a touch of rustic charm. It performs brilliantly, too. It has an embossed surface that helps provide long-lasting durability and a resilient, wear-resistant surface that won’t fade over time, even in well-used areas. If you have kitchen or bathroom flooring with noticeable fading, this could be the upgrade you need.

Installation
It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.
Maintenance
In order to get the maximum lifespan from your laminate floor and keep them looking great, it is important to follow the manufacturers' maintenance instructions. These will vary a litte depending on which brand you purchase but here are some basic guidelines that are applicable to all of our products.

Delivery
We deliver our flooring all over the UK and Ireland using quality local couriers,heavy goods haulers and our own vans for many orders local to our stores.
Smaller orders that are delivered by courier will also come with a tracking number so that you can follow your order every step of the way. For larger orders we use specialist heavy goods haulers who will deliver your floor on a pallet by kerbside delivery. Your order will be brought as close as possible to your entrance. Unfortunately, haulers are not allowed to unpack your order and bring it inside for you, so please ensure that you have someone available to receive your delivery and bring it inside.

Returns
For online orders only:
We are sure that you will love your floor, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can, of course, accept no fuss returns on any orders. We also allow 1 opened box to be returned from each order allowing you a good opportunity to inspect your order before deciding.
To be eligible to return a floor you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your floor that you would like to return it. We will supply you with our return address for you to arrange this return of your flooring. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you.
