Product Details
Bower Oak is a wide plank engineered oak floor that brings natural warmth and character into both modern and traditional interiors. The 190mm wide boards highlight the organic grain of rustic European oak, with visible knots and tonal variation that give each plank a distinctive, lived in feel.
The engineered construction features a 14mm total thickness with a 3mm solid oak wear layer, offering the look of solid wood with improved stability. A brushed surface enhances the texture of the grain, while the oiled finish protects the wood and deepens its natural colour without masking its character.
Supplied in random lengths up to 1.9m, Bower Oak creates a balanced, flowing layout with fewer visible joins. It can be installed as a floating floor with underlay or fully glued down using a suitable wood flooring adhesive. Compatible with underfloor heating when installed correctly, it is a practical choice for everyday living spaces.

Despite this all of the other installation requirements are identical and it is important to ensure they are correct. By following this guide on laying engineered wood flooring you will avoid all of the common mistakes that we have seen many flooring installers make.
