Returning Your Floor
We are sure that your will love your floor , but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can of course accept no fuss returns on any unopened boxes.
To be eligible to return a floor you must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your floor that you would like to return it. We will supply you with our returning address for you to arrange delivery or if needed, we can of course arrange collection and return delivery for you. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30days after it was delivered to you.
Please ensure that the floor is packaged up well to avoid damage during transit. For courier returns we recommend at least 3 layers of protective foam around every box of floor and no single parcel should weigh more than 20kg to avoid damages. If a haulier is collecting items for a return on a pallet, ensure that the floor is securely fastened to the pallet which it was delivered on.
While we always recommend our customers arrange their own returns, if we are arranging a collection on your behalf all costs of the return delivery will be passed directly onto the customer. Please note that the return cost can be higher than the initial delivery cost and some companies may add a collection surcharge that will be passed onto the customer. We will arrange a suitable collection date with you, so please ensure you are available to hand over the goods for return. Failure to be available for a collection may result in further charges being applied for missed collections. There is a £40 administration charge for us to arrange any return collections which is added to the cost of the return.
We can refund the full price of any unopened flooring purchased via our website in line with distance selling regulations that is returned in new, unused and undamaged condition but any delivery costs incurred to us cannot be refunded including outgoing delivery costs and any collection costs.
